[Waterdogs] MYO Slot Purchase Journal

If you are not already familiar with MYO slots and how to use them, please read this first!

On sale MYO are announced through journals and have a limited amount of slots. 
These are usually always open. If you'd like to buy one, you can through this journal: 
Once you have made your design and got it approved, in order to register it on the masterlist (essential for trading or selling and proving the design is yours), you need to note the masterlist account, Waterdoge. There are instructions for registering on that account's profile - please do not just note with your design and say you need it registered. You must show proof of purchase and approval.
MYO slots are unable to be traded until the design is made.
You cannot sell your myo for more than bought for. Please read up on voucher / appraisal rules in the water-dog-love journal section if you want to sell or vouch for more.
You can use any trait except for super rare and exclusive on your design, and

Slots are $45 each.

Username: (your deviantart username)
Who you're purchasing for: (yourself, someone else)
Number of MYO slots purchasing: (how many MYO slots you want to purchase, 1, 4, etc)
Email: (if you don't want to post this that's okay, send me a DM or note!) 

NOTE: I am no longer accepting deviantart points! I am now taking payment through square. Paypal still available but square will be the default choice.

IMPORTANT/RULES:
:bulletblue: Only comment in reply to my comment. Any outside comments will be hidden. Note me if you have questions, don't ask them here.

:bulletblue: Your slot will not be considered official or usable until I reply stating I've received payment.
:bulletblue: You must reply to your comment stating you've used your MYO slot (and link your design) + proof of approval. Or alternatively, you can just have me approve it in the same comment chain. You don't need to do this if a moderator has done it for you.
:bulletblue: Once your design is approved, you can't undo it and re-design your MYO slot.
:bulletblue: Screenshots are no longer acceptable for proof of purchase for the Masterlist or Waterdog discord server. You must link your comment and my replies as proof of purchase.
:bulletblue: MYO slots are non-refundable.
